Hall Hire.
The Hall at Plumstead Bowling Club is for hire to the general public on any night except a Friday, at a fee as shown in the attached hall hire document. The hall can accommodate 110 people in comfort with adequate tables and seating. The use of the bar with a full service at club prices is included in the hire price. For smaller corporate functions the outdoor braai area with 4 braai places can be used.
It must be noted that the hall can only be hired from 4pm as the bowlers make use of the hall up until that time. We allow decorations to be put up prior to that, but tables and chairs can only be moved and decorated from 4pm onwards.
Patrons must be aware that these are licenced premises and no liquor may be brought onto them for personal consumption. If there is a particular wine that is wanted explain to the club representative and it will be bought in for you, any alcohol brought onto the premises may be confiscated.

Please note that the hall is not available for hire on a Saturday from 27/01/07 to 24/03/07 inclusive
